This notice describes the current website setup. Enquiry delivery, booking and marketing analytics are not yet connected. This notice must be reviewed and updated with the agency’s legal entity, privacy contact and actual providers before those services go live.

Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email, selected service and message. A phone number, website and budget are optional. Until delivery is connected, submitting the form does not send your enquiry. Information entered remains in the page during your visit.

How enquiries will be used

Once a submission service is connected, information you submit with consent will be used to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and discuss relevant services. Consent to an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Analytics and cookies

No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads tracking has been configured by this website. Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Any optional analytics or advertising cookies must be described here and appropriate consent controls added before activation.

Retention and service providers

Retention periods, enquiry providers, booking providers and any cross-border processing arrangements have not yet been selected. These details must be confirmed before collecting enquiries. Personal information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose.

Your rights and contact

Under applicable South African privacy law, including POPIA, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
